PENRITE Rubber Grease

Product Description

Rubber Grease is a premium quality, NLGI No. 2, general purpose, non-harmful clay based grease containing castor oil for use when contact with natural and/or synthetic rubber is likely to occur.

Application

Rubber Grease can be used for automotive, industrial and consumer rubber parts such as hydraulic dust covers, braking system components, seals and washers. Specially designed for use on rubber components in hydraulic systems where compatibility with rubber seals is essential. Also suitable for rubber components such as gaiters or boots used on these systems, and as an automotive tyre mounting aid.

Also recommended in applications where resistance to hydrocarbon solvents is required, such as automotive shock absorbers, and for assembly of platen rollers in the printing industry.

NOTE: Penrite Rubber Grease is NOT recommended for the lubrication and protection of brake backing plates and plunger housings.
