PENRITE Pin & Bush Grease 100G

Pin & Bush Grease is a premium quality, NLGI No. 2, general purpose, non-harmful clay based grease for use in fitting and lubricating rubber and polyurethane suspension bushes.

Application

Pin & Bush Grease is primarily designed for the lubrication and fitting of rubber and polyurethane bushes and pins to vehicle suspension and steering systems. It can be used where press fitting is required and as a rubber lubricant on strut and shock absorber bushes to stop drying out and cracking.

It can also be used to assist installing metal pins and sleeves through rubber or polyurethane bushes when assembling new suspension bushes. It can be used on anti-roll bar bushes to quieten squeaking movement and protect the rubber bushes from perishing prematurely.

Its 100g size is perfect as a one off purchase for installation of a new set of suspension bushings.

It is also recommended in applications where the resistance to hydrocarbon solvents is required, such as automotive shock absorbers. It can also be used on rubber “O” rings to prevent cracking and hardening.

NOTE: Penrite Rubber Grease is NOT recommended for the lubrication and protection of brake caliper seals and plunger housings.
