PENRITE Pguxl Coolant Premix 20L

PGUXL Premix is a heavy duty propylene glycol based coolant. It uses a highly advanced OAT inhibitor pack that is silicate, phosphate, nitrite and 2-EHA free (NAPS free). It is low toxic and readily biodegradable meeting OECD standards.

Application

PGUXL Coolant Premix is designed for use where propylene glycol coolants are specified in passenger car, light & heavy commercial vehicles, marine, mining, agriculture and in applications where non toxic coolant types are required. It is formulated to provide excellent high temperature protection as well as ultra long term corrosion protection for aluminium, cast iron, brass, copper, steel and solder. It is especially formulated for heavy vehicle application and the protection of heavy diesel wet sleeve liners.

It is premixed at a 50% concentration level with demineralised water and does not require any further dilution before use. For initial fills, it requires no supplemental cooling additives. PGUXL Coolant has a lower toxicity than Ethylene glycols and contains no 2-EHA but can be used to top up systems containing both OAT and conventional type coolants. We recommend that if a complete fill is required that the system be flushed prior to the introduction of the new coolant.
