Convoy Super FX 20W-60 is a premium high performance mineral SAE 20W-60, non-friction modified engine oil. It features a higher operating temperature viscosity combined with a FULL ZINC anti wear additive pack for higher engine wear protection It contains a combination of high technology additives, including increased dispersant levels and low shear viscosity modifiers to protect against corrosion, oil oxidation and sludge under all operating conditions.

Application

Convoy Super FX 20W-60 is designed for use in older heavy duty diesel engines with either high mileage/ hours and engines that are worn or have oil consumption issues. It is also particularly suited for use under high load conditions or where ambient temperatures are high.

It is recommended for use in vehicles where SAE 30, SAE 20W-40 and SAE 20W-50 grade oils were originally recommended by the manufacturer.

Suitable for use where API CH-4, Global DLD-1 or JASO CD-Plus oils are specified in the owner’s hand book. It can also be used where ACEA A3/B3 or ACEA E7 is recommended in model years prior to 2017. It is suitable for use in many older diesel and LPG powered vehicles requiring an engine oil meeting API CG-4, CF-4, CF or older specifications.

It is NOT recommended for use in diesels fitted with a DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) that require a Low-Mid SAPS (Sulphated Ash, Phosphorus & Sulphur) engine oil. We recommend checking the recommendation guide for the correct grade and specification.

Vehicle & Fuel Types

Convoy Super FX 20W-60 is suitable for use in diesel engines in on and off road applications in either light or commercial vehicle types such as commercial engines in trucks, tractors, agricultural & earthmoving equipment as well as industrial equipment such as forklifts & stationary engines. It is suitable for use with Diesel & Petrol/LPG (Dual Fuel). It is also suitable for use in petrol and LPG engines as a mixed fleet oil and can be used in older motorcycles with wet clutches.
