PENRITE Convoy Multi-Fleet 10W40

Convoy Multi-Fleet Diesel 10W-40 is a SAE 10W-40 synthetic performance engine oil for heavy-duty applications. It is formulated with premium quality base oils and additives to provide optimum performance and protection for OEM long-drain applications.

APPLICATION

Convoy Multi-Fleet Diesel 10W-40 is suitable for naturally aspirated and turbo charged light and heavy-duty diesel engines where a SAE 10W-40 engine oil is specified by the manufacturer and in applications where oils meeting API CI-4 or ACEA E4 or ACEA E7 are recommended.

It is developed for use in Scania trucks and buses to provide the best total operating economy for Scania Euro V engines and is also suitable for Scania Euro VI engines with after treatment systems. This includes KN-PGRT Euro 5 engines, All V8s including LPGRS and KN-PGRT Euro 6 engines (Note: using LDF-3 in Euro VI engines can reduce DPF service life). It allows for extended drain intervals and is compatible with high sulphur fuels.

Convoy Multi-Fleet Diesel 10W-40 is suitable for light & heavy duty commercial vehicles, construction, mining and agricultural equipment. It is suitable for use with Diesel and LPG fuels.

Please note: Some trucks and heavy vehicles fitted with DPFs may need to use Convoy Ultra HD 10W-40 or Convoy Ultra HD 5W-30 oils. Please check Penrite Lube Recommendation Guide for the correct lubricant.
