ISC Zipspeed Trolley (RP075 / RP076)

The ISC Zipspeed Tandem range represents industry-leading zipline trolley innovation at an affordable price. Designed using state-of-the-art engineering techniques, these mid-sized trolleys deliver exceptional performance, durability, and reliability for commercial and recreational zipline applications.

Each trolley is fitted with rubber-sealed deep groove bearings, providing smooth operation and a service life of several thousand miles (or kilometres). The side plates are manufactured from Aerospace Grade 7075 Aluminium to minimise flex while maintaining excellent strength-to-weight performance.

To enhance durability, each trolley incorporates an integrated impact stopper that helps protect the frame during end-of-line braking. The large primary attachment point accommodates a wide range of karabiners and snap hooks, while additional attachment holes allow for a secondary lanyard and optional accessories such as handlebars.

The Zipspeed Tandem range is available for 13 mm (1/2"), 16 mm (5/8"), and 20 mm (3/4") wire rope. A colour-coded collar on the centre redundancy axle allows quick identification of the cable size.

Selecting the correct trolley for the intended zipline speed is essential. The recommended speed ranges below apply to stainless steel wheel versions and should be used as a guide only.
