he ISC UB170A and UB171A Fall Arrest Blocks are engineered for heavy-duty fall protection in demanding work environments, including construction, industrial, rental, and offshore applications. Both models feature a durable cast aluminium housing with a powder-coated red finish, providing excellent strength and long-term durability in harsh conditions.

Designed with a 136 kg (300 lb) Safe Working Load, both blocks incorporate a cable lifeline, integrated fall indicator, serial numbering, and ANSI-compliant design as standard. The simple internal mechanism allows for straightforward servicing, helping to maximise product lifespan.

The UB170A is supplied with a Twistlock, swivel-eye karabiner featuring an integrated fall indicator. The UB171A includes the same load-indicating swivel-eye karabiner and adds an integrated retrieval winch, which can be quickly engaged during emergency rescue operations.
